Diane Redding Director/Co-founder
Diane began her career as a fully trained NHS nurse. She has a wealth of knowledge with regards to medical and H&S procedures, as well as Human Resources. For the past 18 years Diane has supplied medic cover for the oil, gas and renewable industries worldwide, from Brazil to Singapore, Angola to Australia. Her client list includes major drilling, production, vessel and renewable companies. Personal service is a vital part of the OFM offering, and all our clients enjoy ongoing direct contact with Diane who is highly proficient in understanding and delivering the ideal candidate for each client requirement.
Dr Rodrigo J Soares III Medical Director
Responsible for delivering OFM’s corporate clinical governance Dr Soares is US born with dual US/Portuguese citizenship. He is a Consultant Occupational Health Specialist and GP. He holds full Consultant Specialist Registration with the General Medical Council in the UK and possesses a Diploma in industrial Food Hygiene from the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene. He is also qualified in Health Administration by the Portuguese Medical Association. Dr Soares has extensive hands-on experience within the oil and gas industry including the set up and management of medical clinics overseas, both off and onshore. From 1985 to 2000, Dr Soares was employed as Medical Director for the Chevron Oil Corporation stationed in Angola.
Jim Finch Medic Manager/Co-founder
As a qualified NHS nurse, Jim has over 26 years experience working as a medic in remote onshore and offshore locations. Jim launched OFM alongside Diane in order to introduce best practice into the field of offshore medic supply after becoming increasingly concerned by the prevailing standards. OFM’s philosophy includes the mentoring and monitoring of medics whilst they are on location, and delivers a strong database of high calibre medics capable of meeting rigorous demands.
